In addition to leading Bishop & Company Advisors, Dave has directed consulting services for healthcare clients for over forty years, specializing in providing Medicaid reimbursement and rate-setting counsel to long-term care associations and Title 19 agencies in 15 states. He has lectured and authored articles on health care financial and Medicaid-related issues and he was previously the national Director of Long-term Care Services at Price Waterhouse and Company.

Primarily serving the healthcare, insurance, and financial services sectors, George has over twenty-five years of financial and IT audit and consulting experience with Big 4 Advisory firms EY and PwC, as IT Audit Director with a top 10 bank, and in his current role. His combination of operational, financial, and IT knowledge enables him to evaluate complex, cross-functional processes, revenues, and costs and recommend effective, objective-focused solutions.
